Delivery Policy:
Canada & U.S.: Canadian and American orders are delivered by Canpar, a Transforce Company. Shipping costs are calculated based on the greater of (i) actual weight or (ii) dimensional weight, with the greater weight determining the actual cost based on Canpar’s Ground Service Zone Guide. Canpar does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Standard delivery time is estimated at 6-8 business days.
International:
Shipping arrangements for international orders are handled independently, allowing us the flexibility to endeavor to provide the fastest delivery time at the lowest cost to you. Shipping companies and costs will be determined through consultation with a Customer Service representative when you submit your international order online.

Damaged or Defective Items:
We carefully inspect all items before they leave our warehouse, as our goal is that they arrive in perfect condition. If your package has arrived damaged, you must contact the delivery company immediately to report the damage and obtain a claim number. This must be done within 48 hours of delivery. Then contact our Customer Service Department with the claim number, and we will replace the damaged goods. If the packaging is intact but you have received a broken or defective product, contact Customer Service within 7 days of delivery at info@bodybumps.com. Please be prepared to provide the order number as well as your email address and phone number. Body Bumps Inc. will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. If you do not contact Customer Service, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Return Policy:
Our General Return Policy does not apply to all items. For obvious reasons, there will be no returns or refunds for the TowTab towel tablets. The decision to issue a refund for any other product shall be at the sole discretion of Body Bumps Inc.
